We are a Canadian retailer specializing in licensed team apparel and sports collectibles. We currently operate over 20 stores throughout Canada, as well as our mail-order business. Our goal is to become the predominant licensed sports apparel retailer in Canada through quality products and exceptional customer service. Our products are produced by the major names in the sports apparel business and our customizing is produced by the same company who does the Calgary Flames on-ice jerseys. In 2006 Jersey City became the official on-line partner of the CFL. We look forward to working with, and building strong relationships with all our partners in the coming years.
Throughout the year we are involved in supporting many charities and local fundraising events. Every year, Jersey City holds a company golf tournament in Calgary with proceeds going towards a worthwhile charity.

Security We know that security is very important to our clients. Never do we pass credit card numbers by email or unsecured in any way, and never do we store unencrypted data. Shipping For your convenience we offer various shipping methods. Delivery standards are based on most metropolitan cities. **Express Shipping service does not speed up the customization process, customization still takes between 2-4 weeks**
In Canada Purolator Ground Shipping: 4-5 business days ($10.00 - $15.00),
Purolator Express Shipping: 2-3 business days ($20.00 - $30.00),

Shipping times are only an indication and are dependent on inventory being in stock. Merchandise listed as in "In-Stock" may need to be transferred in from one of our retail stores. Occasionally we have to transfer items in from one of our stores.
If you have provided an email address to us at the time of ordering, we will send you notification of the package being shipped along with a tracking number. For customized orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.For non-customized orders, we usually ship within 2 days of the order being placed if in stock. We will attempt to notify you if your shipment may be delayed. Returns At Jersey City, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 30 days and we will credit you for the entire amount less shipping charges. Exchanges can also be made within 30 days; however; shipping charges will be applied to your account.
Please note that customized jerseys cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer's defect. To return your item, please contact us at 1-888-537-2489 for further instructions.

Jersey City is the official on-line retailer for the CFL and we have developed thousands of loyal customers due to a solid reputation of exceptional customer service and product delivery. We are looking for an energetic, customer service driven person to join our customer service team to help run our 3 websites www.jerseycity.ca www.cflshop.ca and www.capz.ca The successful candidate will be sports minded, computer literate and possess excellent communication skills (both written and oral). Ability to work in a team environment is critical.
Job Duties Include but not limited to:
Customer care via email and phone
Processing/shipping on-line orders
Product management
Weekly Product Reports
Monthly Sales Reports
