At Jersey City, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 30 days and we will credit you for the entire amount less shipping charges. Exchanges can also be made within 30 days; however; shipping charges will be applied to your account. You are also able to return your item to any one of our retail locations.
Please note that customized jerseys cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer's defect. To return your item, please contact us at 1-888-537-2489 for further instructions.
Jersey City will refuse any non-authorized returns. Any duties or customs charges, should they apply, are the responsibilty of the customer.

When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged upon shipment of your order. When your order is placed your credit card is pre-authorized for the full amount but the card will not be "settled" until we have your order in hand and ready to ship.
All orders for customized jerseys will be charged in full before they are customized.

What are your hours of operation?
Our website is open 24/7 365 days a year. Our customer service representatives are available Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm MST.
For your convenience we offer various shipping methods. Delivery standards are based on most metropolitan cities.

Purolator Shipping: 3-7 business days ($15.00),

Shipping times are only an indication and are dependent on inventory being in stock. Merchandise listed as in "In-Stock" may need to be transferred in from one of our retail stores and this can add 2-5 business days to the delivery time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause
Once your order has been shipped we will send you notification of the package being shipped along with a tracking number via the email address entered upon order. We will attempt to notify you if your shipment may be delayed.
How do I order a customized jersey?
You can order a customized jersey from us by selecting the jersey you would like to buy, the size you would like and answering "Yes" to "Customize Your Jersey?" in the product details. Click "Add to Cart" and you will then be taken to a page where you can enter the name and number you would like on your jersey.
If there is no option to customize your jersey unfortunately there are no customization options for that jersey. If you order a customized jersey and the jersey size you pick indicates "Ships In 2-3 weeks" we will need an additional 2-4 weeks on top of this timeframe to complete your customized order.
We are unable to customize infant, child and toddler jerseys online but please call us at 1 888 537 2489 to order.
We are also able to customize your previously purchased jersey! Please call us at 1 888 537 2489 and we can arrange for you to have it shipped to us and we will do the rest!

We currently offer 3 different types of MLB baseball jersey. Replica, Authentic and Authentic Cool Base. The Cool Base jersey is the jersey favoured by most MLB players. Teams such as the Yankees do not offer a cool base jersey and therefore their players wear the "Authentic". The replica jersey is a fan favourite and is our largest selling MLB jersey

How do I know if your items are in stock?
Our website is completely inventory managed so when you select a product, or a specific size, our system will tell you automatically if the item is in stock or not. An item showing "In-Stock" may be in stock at one of our retail locations and may need to be transferred into our Calgary head office before it is shipped to you.
We offer all sizes and styles of NHL, MLB and CFL jerseys but on some occasions we will have to order the item for you directly from the manufacturer and this generally takes around 2-3 weeks, as noted on your invoice when you order.
